What is Squatters?

Squatters is the system of record and super-app for off-market real estate investing — "the off-market WeChat, but better." You learn the whole game for free, case real deals, fund them, and own them. The come-up is the point: drifter to mogul.

Is it really free?

Yes. The knowledge (the Academy) and the network (the Block, Turfs, DROPs, DMs) are free and never paywalled — that's the draw and the moat. Premium unlocks velocity tools (Bandit AI, enriched Recon data, automation) so you make money faster. Free makes money; paid makes it faster.

Do I need money to start?

No. Wholesaling is the no-money front door, and the free Academy teaches it end to end. The come-up climbs the capital ladder from there — flip, BRRRR, buy-and-hold, notes — as you stack capital.

Is this legal/financial advice?

No. Squatters is a software platform and community. Nothing here is legal, tax, or investment advice. Wholesaling and assignment rules vary by state — know your local rules and consult professionals for your situation.

How do I get support?

• Self-serve first: the Help Center (you're in it) deflects most questions.
• A human: open Contact support in the app. We send an instant acknowledgement with your ticket number, and a real person follows up — usually within a business day, faster for urgent issues (safety, billing, a broken feature blocking real work).
• A bug: use Report a glitch so we get the diagnostics to reproduce it fast.

How does the feedback / feature-request loop work?

Got an idea? File a feedback or feature request ticket. Others can upvote it. We use the volume as a real demand signal for the roadmap — and when something ships, we tell the people who asked. Your pain in becomes our roadmap. Closing that loop is the whole point.

What about my data and privacy?

Your data lives in our own system — not handed off to a third-party support tool. You can export all your data or delete your account anytime from settings (both are humane and frictionless — no dark patterns, no guilt). See the Privacy policy for the full picture.
