🎤 Street Cred — Respect, influence, your name — earned, never bought. The `cred` score that climbs as you contribute. The influencer axis.
💰 Hood Rich — The status of having made it — real money from the bottom. The bag you stack from closed deals; the top of the ladder. The wealth axis.
The Block — The feed / your community / the neighborhood you're on. Where everybody is, where the wins get posted. "Put the block on" = bring your people up.
The Hood / hood economics — The world + how it works: a reputation-and-relationship economy where access is earned through Cred and you come up through hustle — not a Wall-Street zero-sum grind. The block can win together; each person's bag is still their own.
The come-up — The journey from the bottom to the top. The grind. Brick by brick, door by door, lot by lot, parcel by parcel.
The come-up ladder (the ranks) — Drifter → Squatter → Tenant → Landlord → Mogul. From owning nothing to owning the block. This IS the Monopoly-in-real-life spine: acquire property, climb, end up owning everything — for real.
The off-market come-up ladder (the plays / the capital ladder) — The strategy climb under the ranks — how the come-up actually moves up the capital ladder: wholesale (the no-money front door) → creative finance (sub-to / seller-finance / lease-option) → fix-and-flip → BRRRR → buy-and-hold → land / notes. Same off-market hunt every rung — only the exit changes as you stack capital. Wholesaling is where you start, never the ceiling.
Off-market — The board itself: deals you find before they ever hit the MLS/Zillow — the distressed/absentee/probate/tax-delinquent/equity-rich seller nobody else is talking to. The whole game is off-market (wholesaling is one way to play it, not the game). The shared skill = the off-market hunt: list → find → skip-trace → seller call → comp → offer → contract.
Squatting — The reclamation joke: you "squat" a deal — lock it up like it's already yours — because the data + the crew make off-market that easy. Then you fund it and OWN it.
The real squatters — The enemy: Wall Street / BlackRock — the ones actually squatting on Main Street, turning blocks into rental portfolios. We're taking the block back.
Drop in — Where you start on the Map (the Bando, the Block, the Trailer Park, the Farm, the Cabin, the Towers…). Everybody gets a place — the great equalizer.
Rocco — The raccoon mascot — trash-panda energy: resourceful, takes what everyone else overlooked, thrives where others won't even look. The patron saint of the come-up.
Day One Squatters — The founding 1,000. A permanent badge. Scarcity on status, never on utility.
Got the Deed — The moment a deal closes and verifies — the level-up ceremony, rank flips, the bag lands.
