"My post is pending review"

Every post and comment runs a quick safety check before it goes live. Most pass instantly. If yours says pending review, our system flagged it for a human to glance at — usually because it tripped a keyword (talk that looks like a securities solicitation or a wire-fraud pattern, even when it's innocent deal-talk).

"I didn't get my verification email"

  1. Check your spam/junk folder and search for "Squatters."
  2. Make sure the email on your account is correct.
  3. Use Resend verification in the app or on the verify screen.
  4. Add our sending address to your contacts so future emails land in your inbox.

If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, file a data_request or account ticket via Contact support and we'll sort it.

"I'm locked out / wrong password"

After several failed logins, an account briefly locks to stop guessing. Wait a few minutes and try again — the lock clears on its own. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password to get a reset link.

"My fire-tap (🔥) didn't count"

Reactions are idempotent — one per person per post. If a tap looks like it didn't register, refresh; the count reconciles to the server, so you'll see the true number. Tapping again just toggles it off.

"Something looks broken / a button doesn't work"

That's a bug and we want it. Open Report a glitch in the app (or file a bug ticket via Contact support). It auto-attaches the screen and your app version so we can reproduce it fast. Broken things that block real work get flagged urgent.
